You think its just another Friday? Hmmm nah, its the last Friday where Kit will be here with us. Gonna miss her much much. :( We had a piss up at the squadron as usual, had a nice yummy Uno Hawaii Dinner courtesy of Mr Derek Charm Loh!
Here are some pictures from the night, not much though since we left early to go to Sherry's place...

And guess what we did at Sherry's place, we were imparted with knowledge of her mum's silky tow huey! Thanks dear Sherry for sharing the recipe and the art of tow huey making! Not gonna put out a step by step guide in here coz this recipe belongs to Sherry's mum so if you are interested, you have to ask her for it! *winks*

I swear swear swear its even better than Rochor Road's!!! Us enjoying our bowl of yummy tow huey after being such good students!
Since tasting Sherry's tow huey, each time I go for dim sum at those Chinese restaurants, I have not bothered to order their tow huey for desert, coz her version of tow huey simply cannot be compared with the ones in the restaurants here over in the States! I'm just so glad that dear generous Sherry have shared with us this wonderful recipe. And of course not forgetting to give credits to Sherry's mum!
