Happy Anniversary

It was 4 years since we got together and 2 years since our wedding!!! How time passes. A picture of both of us before we left home. I realise darling loves to put his hand on my tummy when we are taking pictures! He just loves my tummy la haha... This is gonna be the last year we are together as a couple, we are gonna be parents next!!!
This year we decided to go for French food which has always been both our favorite cuisine. The last time we sent Squirrel and Ro off, we were being introduced to this little French American Bistro in Surprise and the food wasn't too great but still we decide to give it another try. You know how some restaurants are when it comes to serving big parties. The restaurant is named Vogue Bistro. http://www.voguebistro.com/
And we were glad we gave them a second chance... While waiting for our food, I wanted to try out the camera hoping to catch nice pictures since the restaurant was kinda dark!
The appetisers we ordered were amazing! Wanted to have my favorite escargots but the restaurant was serving some form of baked escargots so instead we ordered a portion of Brushetta and French Onion soup!
The Brushetta was really different for the italian ones with tomatoes and basil on top... Instead it was a mixture of cheese and spinach, I think. It was delicious and very crunchy! Only 2 pieces but we totally enjoyed it! I wanted more!
French onion soup with baked pastry on top! Uber tasty! It is even better than the one we have in Mimi's! The portion was super huge... Luckily we shared the soup...

Not bad la, maybe lousy camera. Haha... Darling main course was Veal while I have the Roast Chicken...
Presents time! My present is not here yet! I requested for a Kitchen Aid mixer, have been totally hooked to it since after baking school! And when Ivan said that we are able to bring it back to Singapore by just using the correct transformer, so I totally pester Jason to buy it for me for our anniversary since we know that we will be buying it when we are back in SG. Anywayz, Darling got it for me during Thanksgiving sale at only about USD$200, the normal price is about USD$299 leh! I think even more ex in SG, that was what I was told??? But the color I wanted, black is backordered... So I am tapping my foot and waiting! :)
Here's darling surprised present! A USAFA Tag Heur watch which he has been eyeing for almost a year! It is more expensive than a normal Formular One Tag Heur watch but because it has "USAFA" on the face of the watch and I was able to engrave his initials and class of graduation behind the watch I guess it somehow becomes more unique and worth the amount... Anyway since it is such an expensive watch hehe somehow it becomes his anniversary PLUS Christmas gift hehe...
I didn't give it to him on our anniversary though coz I bought it while he was in Vegas and it took them about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery and so it arrives somtime after we came back from our holiday! And wasn't darling all surprised! He totally did not expect it!
The package from UPS! Which I made him wait for till 2pm in the afternoon cause I was using the tracking system from UPS and I knew exactly when they are arriving! He thought that I was waiting for some other RL orders... Hehe
Huh what's inside... But the tape on the box already says Mlahart and darling totally know what it was inside!!!

Been posting pictures on facebook and it seems wierd to post again on the blog haha kinda double job like that
And have been getting lazy in writting, prefering to use the mouse and just click!
