Looking forward to a nice Long weekend!

It's a long weekend this coming Friday! Yipee. And we are going camping with the gang! Me, Jason, Kit, Derek, Gail and Jervis. Gonna check out Glen Canyon and Antelope Canyon! SO exciting! Thank god, I'm recovering fast from the flu bug, went to see a doc yesterday and got antibiotics. Should be all fine and dandy by Friday!
Yesterday hubby try to book our flight tickets back home to Singapore in June but we will have to be placed on waiting list... Sigh. Hopefully everything works out well!
Even though I'm sick, I still have a super huge appetite! Cooked a huge meal today, pandan pork ribs, salted vege soup, prawn and asparagus! Yesterday darling was on MC coz he had a bout of food poisoning, not sure was it from the seared tuna he had at a new Jap restaurant we checked out, coz he said the tuna tasted wierd. So anyway though he was sick yesterday he was craving for brownie! And I made them today since he was feeling better today! On his way back from work today, I asked him to drop by safeway to get Vanilla ice cream and hershey's chocolate syrup!
Here's what I whipped up for desert when he is back! Hmmmm... after all this I hope I still recover soon! Hyak Hyak Hyak!
