White Chai Tow Kuay? . . . . . OR . . . . . Black Chai Tow Kuay?
Can't decide... How about both? Hehe tried making chai tow kuay today! Modified it from Big Jess Steamed carrot cake recipe... Shall put less salt the next time round coz after frying the chai por egg inside it becomes a little bit too salty... I would prefer the black one to be more black though but dunnoe why the Kecap Manis doesn't turn black!!! Hmmmphhh....
