Hey peeps!

Going to have a super late dinner today!!! Coz Darling J is working late today... I am super famished... Maybe will take another portion of Kittie's Laksa first...Kittie pass me a bowl of laksa for lunch today and I couldnt finish...
Hungryz...

Dinner for tonight:
1) Tom Yum Fish Soup
2) Stir Fry Black Pepper Beef
3) Seafood Fried Rice

Yesterday we went to visit BeBe and Johnson and their latest addition to the family- Ellie, En Ting!

Fried Promfret - I give myself 4 stars.

List of Ingredients
Promfret
Ginger
Salt
Flour
Water
Egg White

Instructions
-Wash the promfret well and rub salt onto the promfret
-Mix the flour and egg white
-Coat the promfret with the egg white and flour mixture
-Place a piece of ginger in the head of the fish
-Make gashes on both sides of the promfret Set aside in the refrigerator for at least an hour
-Heat a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame
-Pour oil into the hot pan
-Let it fry undisturbed on medium flame for 10 minutes
-Flip & turn over the promfret on the other side, let it fry for 10 minutes more

Fried Bee Hoon - I give myself 5 stars... Its super yummy!!! So proud of myself!

List of Ingredients
Bee Hoon

7-10 Chinese dried mushroom
20 - 30 Fresh grey prawns
Cabbage or other vegetables you like

3 Pcs Fish cake
Garlic chopped
Salt
Pepper
Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

Four table spoon of oil

Instructions
-Soak one packet of Bee hoon in container with tap water for 25 minutes.
-Soak about 10 dried mushroom for about an hour until it soften.
-Wash & drain cabbage
-Remove the prawns from its shell and devein it
-Fry the garlics in low heat till it fragants for about 5 minutes. But not black in colour.
-Follow by the mushrooms. Stir fry constantly for about 7 minutes
-Then add cabbage and fry. Add the oyster sauce sparingly.
-Add bee hoon and stir fry for another ten minutes.
-Follow by salt & pepper (Can add a bit of light soy sauce if you like, which i did)
-Add about half a bowl of hot water. Remember too much water will be too soggy.
-Add prawns and stir fry together with the rest for another ten-fifteen minutes
-Follow by fish cake and stir fry for about 2-3 minutesTaste and if you prefer it to be saltier, then add a little bit more of the oyster sauce

And have been getting lazy in writting, prefering to use the mouse and just click!
